While a skin peel is a chemical procedure that is completed at the doctor’s office. It removes the top layer of skin, revealing the new fresh skin underneath. This is a much bigger procedure than a simple mask and needs to be done by a medical professional. Many people swear by them, but they can be uncomfortable.

It’s pretty essential that you keep your diet topped up with natural antioxidants if you want good skin. This is because these absorb the free radicals in your system that lead to the process of cellular degeneration.
