Seasonal Affective Disorder
Many of us want to hibernate during the wintertime. It’s a great season to snuggle under a blanket and watch Netflix. You feel cozy and can warm your feet by a fireplace if you’re lucky enough to have one of those in your house. But, there are some of us who don’t feel as content during the colder months of the year. If you notice yourself isolating from others, staying indoors more than usual and sleeping a lot, you could be experiencing Seasonal Affective Disorder or SAD. Don’t ignore these symptoms!
